1 General Terms

tpvip is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games, and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. By using this website or app, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts may be cancelled and any associated balances forfeited.

3 Age Limit & Identity Verification

tpvip provides services only to persons aged 21 or above. Participation in gaming activities by minors is strictly prohibited.

• We may request a copy of your national ID card or passport at any time to verify your account.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• If false information is provided, the account will be cancelled immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tpvip accepts deposits through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals are processed through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to registered payment methods. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Any applicable taxes or government charges are the responsibility of the user.
• For unusual transactions, tpvip may request additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tpvip offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After a bonus is credited, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. You must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling 25 × ৳2,000 = ৳50,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• If misuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• tpvip reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on tpvip are conducted fairly and impartially. We use software from verified and reputable game providers to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets that are not completed due to a technical error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if identified, will result in account cancellation:

tpvip's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

7.1 Cashback Benefits

Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each VIP level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

7.2 VIP Level Changes

Your VIP level is determined based on your gaming activity and contribution to the platform. Staying regularly active gives you the opportunity to move up to a higher level. tpvip reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 tpvip's Rights

tpvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Abusive behaviour towards other users.

8.2 User Request

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure.
